I built ART because I needed it myself.
Hi, I’m Cathy.
There were long seasons when anxiety didn’t just bother me—it ran my life. Fear and dread made normal decisions feel impossible. I looked “fine” on the outside, but inside I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and ashamed that I couldn’t just snap out of it.
My marriage, my health, my family and friendships were deeply impacted.
I had loved God my whole life.
But I kept thinking, “Why isn’t faith fixing this?”
Here’s what I learned: my faith wasn’t failing.
My strategy was.
Trying harder, pushing it down, and powering through only made the cycle worse—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
God led me to a better way—one that honors His truth and the nervous system He designed. That’s why ART is whole-person training—not just “talk about your feelings.” We work on your:

Mind: renewing anxious thought patterns

Heart: emotional resilience and steady peace

Body: simple physical training like movement, sleep support, and practical nutrition rhythms
Because anxiety doesn’t live in only one place—so healing shouldn’t either.
That process became Anxiety Resilience Training (ART).

Our sessions are practical and step-by-step—more like training than counseling. You’ll leave with a simple plan for the week: what to practice, what to reduce, and how to build a rhythm you can actually keep.
