Cathy battled anxiety for most of her life. She tried counseling, medication, support groups, self-help books, cognitive tools, and lifestyle changes. Some helped temporarily, but nothing brought lasting peace—until God’s Word came alive in her life.
In 2019, everything shifted. As Scripture reshaped her thinking, Cathy experienced real transformation in her soul, body, and relationships. She became a certified life coach and began sharing what works—faith-based truth paired with practical strategies.
What began as a 10-week church pilot became Anxiety Resilience Training: a program that blends biblical truth, neuroscience, and psychology to help others realign spirit, mind, heart, and body.
Cathy’s husband, Brian, now co-leads ART, offering the perspective of a partner supporting a loved one through anxiety. Together, they bring experience and empathy to help individuals and couples build lasting peace through Spirit-led resilience.
